Eat enough calcium

Today’s tip: be sure to eat calcium-rich foods every day. Calcium is important for many reasons, particularly for building strong bones and helping to prevent osteoporosis.
It is easiest for your body to absorb calcium from food, rather than supplements, so be sure to include foods with a lot of calcium in your daily diet.
Some examples: milk, yogurt, cheese, and other dairy products, and spinach. If you are eating packaged food, look on the label - it will tell you the percentage of your daily calcium that is included per serving of that food.
